            Unforgettable Loyalty currently has multiple channels of the marketing mix in its repertoire. I utilize Facebook ads to promote and persuade customers to engage and buy products. For example, the current ad is being viewed and purchased on Facebook and Instagram. To engage the customer’s acquisition, you must understand your customer and make the transaction beneficial to them. Unforgettable Loyalty promotes being more selfless. The current ad reached 52,182 people; out of the reached people, 21,810 engaged and acted on the website. In this business, we/I pay close attention to customer retention. On the Facebook brand page, the entity publishes motivational videos and quotes that uplift and build a positive rapport with potential customers. In return, the customers are intertwined and connected to a brand that they can relate to and be inspired by. The customer’s perceptions of value determine what they will buy, what they won’t buy, what they will pay a profitable price for, and what they won’t buy at any price. What customers will buy at a profitable price is the one thing that can consistently help companies make the best choices about strategies, products, and services. When customer value drives strategy, firms can grow faster, generate higher profits and deliver better shareholder value.
